How Smrithi Samskara Began
Smrithi Samskara was founded with a heartfelt purpose — to give children a living connection to India's rich cultural heritage while building the skills they need to thrive in today's world.
The name itself tells the story. 'Smrithi' means memory and remembrance — the living wisdom passed down through generations. 'Samskara' means the impressions and values that shape a child's character. Together, they represent our promise: to help every child remember who they are and become who they are meant to be.
Our classes are designed to be joyful, immersive, and deeply meaningful — where a child learning to paint also learns patience, where a child retelling the Ramayana also learns courage, and where a child practicing public speaking also learns to trust their own voice.
